Like Best: The amazing service. Theresa who took my call on a Friday afternoon and realized how I couldn't get the door down because of the broken bracket and contacted technician Mark for help. Mark was here in 30 minutes and did a remarkable job taking care of everything. EZ garage door installed my door originally and I will only call them ever. 10 stars for excellence!!!!

How to improve: I can't see how you can improve on excellence. Keep up the good work, you have me as a customer for life.

Liked best: Justin very nice, helpful & knowledgeable during the ordering process of both the garage door & opener. Frank who did the install was great. He was very pleasant, worked efficiently & paid attention to details despite the fact that it was a super hot day. Would recommend this team if you want a hassle-free job!

Excellent company to work with. The estimate for our project was under what I had budgeted and I got the best opener money can buy. The installers called to let me know what time they would arrive, and they arrived when they said they would. The installation took less time than I thought it would and they did a fantastic job. The installers took the time to show me how to maintain the door. They expalined how the new touch pad for the opener worked and showed me how to reset the PIN on the exterior touch pad. I would recommend this company highly to anybody.

Good customer experience. When I first called they gave me advice on what was wrong and how to fix it. I decided to have a new opener installed instead and they gave me advise on what type to buy or I could get what they install. I bought it myself to save some money and they came right out and installed it with no problem
